What is Darby Diamond Rewards:

Darby Diamond Rewards is a loyalty program that helps customers earn exclusive benefits based on their yearly purchases. Rewards are redeemed through qualifying dollars, which are earned with every dollar spent on every purchase with Darby Dental Supply. Customers can take advantage of perks like exclusive access to flash sales, members-only savings, discounts on technology services and OSHA training, extra qualifying dollars to get rewarded faster, and much more.

How it Works:

Customers are grouped into four tiers – member, silver, gold and diamond – depending on their number of qualifying dollars earned throughout the year. The higher the tier level, the greater the rewards! Rewards status earned in 2022 is valid through 12.31.23 before it is reset.

Fine Print:

Participation in the Darby Diamond Rewards program is subject to the following terms and conditions. Darby Diamond Rewards is open to dental practices (excluding institutions, community health centers, government organizations, cost reporting entities, and Dental Service Organizations). Qualifying Dollars will be calculated on a calendar year basis per location. Customers are required to complete a registration form and must opt-in to receive electronic communication from Darby as a condition of participation in Darby Diamond Rewards.

Qualifying Dollars will be calculated on a calendar year basis. Qualifying Dollars exclude taxes, fees, shipping charges, returns, credits, and rebates. Darby reserves the right to re-level customers in its sole discretion. Customers must fully and accurately report the stated discount price (or if applicable, any net pricing, after giving effect to any rebates) to Medicare, Medicaid, Tricare and any other federal or state program upon request by any such program. Accordingly, customers should retain related purchase documents and these terms for customer’s records.

Darby Diamond Rewards and its benefits are offered at Darby's sole discretion and Darby reserves the right to cancel, modify, restrict or terminate the program or these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Darby reserves the right to disqualify and/or terminate a customer’s participation in the program at any time for any reason in its sole discretion.

Darby Diamond Rewards is void where prohibited. Darby Diamond Rewards is limited to one rewards account per eligible practice. Darby may refuse to create an account for any reason. Other exclusions or limitations may apply.
